Your office furniture represents a significant investment and speaks volumes about your company to your employees and to your customers. We can help you protect your investment with our annual maintenance care agreements.

Think of it like taking your car in for an oil change. We will come in twice a year for 2 important services. In the first service, we will do a major cleaning in which we vacuum and wipe down your panel systems, open work space tables and each and every chair. The second service will be to buff out your conference table and perform touch up and detail work on your wood furniture.

During both services, we will inspect and tighten all knobs and handles, inspect and re-level your furniture as needed, inspect task lights for bulb replacement and inspect your furniture for damage and recommend for repair or replacement as needed.

As part of the contract we will also provide up to 12 replacement keys for your desks and file drawers and cabinets at no charge. Additional keys, bulb replacement and steam-cleaning of panels and chairs will be provided upon request and at a 20% discount of normal rates.

Grier Interiors maintenance plans are available to all businesses no matter what brand of furniture you bought or who you bought it from.
